The main attraction at Island View Resort is the lake. Pelican Lake has more than 50 miles of shoreline, 50 islands and over 12,000 acres of water. Our guests commonly see loons, pelicans, eagles, osprey, ducks, geese and grouse. Fishermen find that Pelican Lake is well stocked with northern pike, crappies, bluegills, largemouth bass, smallmouth bass and walleye. The area is also home to deer, bear, otter, mink and beaver.
But there's a lot more available than fishing at Island View! Boating, canoeing, swimming, water-skiing, paddle boating, hiking, berry picking, horseshoes, basketball, bird watching and photography are a few of the many possibilities.
